I tried to edit my Subject Heading after posting a thread, but the change was only reflected in the body of the thread (i.e., after you click to open the thread) and NOT the title of the thread itself!!! Can this be fixed?

I believe only a moderator can do it. What do you need changed and what do you need it changed to? I'll try to fix it for you.
