is there anyway to change the color/skin of the site? this grey skin is TOOOOOOOOOO moody and TOOOOO depressing....I wish there was something in blue(!!!) , green(!!!) or any other light colours!!!

No their isn't a way you can skin this site. I think the colors are great and easy on my eyes. please dont forget some of us spend a few hours of their day at this site so if you start to use bright colors, I dont think my eyes could handle it! :D

come on people!!!!.....i am not talking anout anything fancy, electric colors, UV purble and stuff like that....just some bytes of blue, some pixels of green, lit bit of red..... :D
Well, I think the biggest problem would be that the color scheme on this website has become almost like a "logo". When many of our users think of "Aximsite," they think of how the board looks......and this is how it has always looked (well, since it became what we now think of as Aximsite anyhow). Gotta keep the masses happy. :D
You had a very valid quesiton though, I just don't think Aximsite would be the same for everyone if the color scheme was changed this late into the life of the website.

Is there a way that that Chris or someone caould make it customizable to only that user. Like for one user it could appear blue and if abother user likes the grey he doesnt have to change it, it could stay the same.
Just my thoughts on it.

I too am all for keeping the current color scheme. It is very easy on the eyes. There are some color schemes that, while not affecting everyone, can play nasty tricks on the eyes of some users. The old green on black background that everyone loved for a few years (and JD Edwards still does) messes up my color perception for hours after I would use it, for example. (Got JD Edwards changed in a hurry on my computer at work.) Lets keep the current color scheme.
I will add on my LONG list of stuff to do, creating a couple of "skin choices".... This will take a while and is not a high priority, But ask and most of the time, you shall recieve here.....
