Time change on the board?

Did something goofy happen with the server tonight? The time was wrong. Also, I was not allowed to post anything. I kept getting that nice message saying that I can only post once every 30 seconds. Did this happen to anyone else?

Or maybe it was just me?

Same happened to me & the time was hours & hours off. Don't have to apologize, things happen.
