Quick suggestion...
Since most people are asking the same questions over and over again, it would be nice to update the FAQ regularly with questions that are constantly asked. I would suggest that you have the members nominate a question for the FAQ, and then if it seems worthy, that it be added with links to posts with answers. From then on if somebody asks that question you can pm them about the FAQ post on it, and delete the question in the regular forum. That way it keeps new and fresh information at the top.
