Reorder forums?

I've noticed people seem to ask general questions in the "New Products" forum when the post has absolutly nothing to do with a new product ... I think this is because most boards have the General Forums at the top and they are not looking where they are posting.

Would it make sence to move the "Axim General Forums" catagory to the top ... This way the "Axim General Talk" forum would be on top and act as a catch all to those that blindly post so then technically its not totally off topic since it is a gerneral forum and therefore not need to be moved.

Also shouldn't the "Medical Pocket PC" be under the "Axim Software Forums" since these are dealing with medical SOFTWARE programs? Is there actually any HARDWARE medical solutions?? I've never heard of any medical hardware designed to be plugged into the CF slot, SD slot or the bottom Axim connector ... I love my Axim but if they try running my ventilator with it I think I'd be in serious trouble

I am changing this back, I had moved general down in order to generate more posts in the appropriate categories. For a while, everyone ignored the lower categories and post all in newbie and general.... I will try to move it up and see how it goes....

Geez Chris....coulda warned us first. I clicked on the first forum, and saw the "Interview" thread and was like WTF? :) Then looked and the whole site was rearranged.

Of course, I think it'll work out much better like this.....just made me think I was going crazy for a minute. :p

Plus, I work my way down the page when checking forums, Chris, so I didn't get to this thread until I saw that the forums had already been reordered.

Yeah, it was kind of freaky having everything moved around. Of course at 6A I am not totally awake yet, either, so that didn't help ;)
