That evil ActiveSync Error Icon is the DEVIL! I hate it, when i'm in a hurry to get it synced, it shows up. :-(. Anyways ya i think the Hotsync icon is Niftier than the other.....ummm...icon.

I like Hotsync better then activesync, It's preaty hard to screw a program up when u don't have anything 2 play with. My only qualm is that it doesn't have a progress metre, I've spent many a day waiting hoping i don't have to disconnect it before its done so i can catch the school bus

Activesync still has too many bugs in it and nees, gulp, an update. i really hate when it wants to reload everything already loaded in the calendar and tasks.
