I just don't understand...any ideas Chris Leckness?
I visit Aximsite daily- several times a day most days. Some of my visits are with my x51v via WiFi using the latest version of Opera. The viewing of this site doesn't seem to be optimized for my x51v, ironically. This is really evident when trying to view and send PMs- it's impossible to send one. This is what I don't understand- a website catering to mobile devices and not optimized for viewing with said devices. Below is a screen shot. I might add that using PIE is almost as bad- the message entry area is scrunched together, just not quite as much as with Opera, but still impossible to see what is being typed because of the view (or lack of).
Any ideas Chris?
P.S.
I love the site, just would like to be able to use it to it's full potential with my mobile device.

I dont see the picture, but aximsite has a mobile version that u should be automatically redirected to. I think it works great, but have never used the mobile pm.

I just tried out sending a test PM and see the long narrow message window in srvctec's post. I am using Opera browser.

Yes I am automatically redirected to the mobile version and that's where the screen shot came from. This is not just an Opera problem, as I stated in the OP. PIE does it as well, just not quite as bad- see below. With the message field being so narrow, it's impossible to actually see what you are typing. I might add that I have no trouble sending any emails via my web mail in various different email clients, so it's not a problem with either browser, it's how the web pages are coded here- I can't believe nobody has noticed this before- I noticed it a couple of months ago, but have been just trying to deal with it. Maybe it happened with the merging of the two sites.
Screen shot of PIE.

Reason: spelling
hmmm....I received your PM....So I tried it out with PIE, by replying to your PM and sending a new PM, and everything looks fine. I only see the goofed up PM screen when I am using Opera.

I wonder if this is an OS issue. The Pocket PC I'm using is an IPAQ hx2415 which runs windows mobile 2003se. Let me try with my IPAQ rx1955, which runs WM5.0............
Okay, just tried on my rx1955 with PIE and I'm seeing the long narrow rectangle. So it seems like it is could be an issue with WM5.0 pocket pcs??? (I don't have Opera installed on this pocket pc, so I can't test out Opera)

LOL, that's progress for you
It's a good job that I don't use my pda for surfing (much), I've taken Julie's lead and it appears that there is no problem with WM2003 - good catch Julie :approve:
