Ok Guys and Gals... I am changing it up and modernizing again...

1st of all, I made the main theme match the size of the blog. BUT... I KNOW THAT SOME DON'T LIKE FIXED WIDTH... so, I have the option to switch to a 100% theme. Scroll down to the bottom left to switch. By default it will be fixed, but if you have cookies installed, it will stay to whatever you set it.

I wanted to go back to what we used theme wise a while back, so I am working to get this right again.

I have lots of tweaks and addons to put back in place, so be patient. I flipped the switch early to make sure it all works as I set it up.

PS. Changes are brewing for the forums. This is such a great resource for me to allow to die out slowly.

Hey Chris,

Its nice to hear from you again. Personally i think this site has lost its touch over the last few years. Back in the days of Aximsite, this was the source for tweaks, hacks, etc to allow you to get the best out of your device. And while the mobile market has moved away from axims, since they have been discontinued, there should still be plenty more devices out there that people can tweak and hack, just like we used to with our axims.

In the last few years, posts in the forums have gone way down. And in a world with ever increasing mobile devices, that just doesn't seem right. Aximsite was a great project, and you can take that same idea and apply it to new devices. I see this has happened before with a few other forums you did.

For many people nowadays, their cellphone is their mobile device. In order to draw in more traffic, we should have some more forums for other cell phones, cell phone carriers. Since it seems like PDAs and cellphones are pretty much merging together today. This is where the future is at, and it would be cool to see Mobilitysite adapt to the changing consumer with more forums for cellphones. Since cellphones, even those not running Windows, can still be tweaked, etc. And theres plenty of people who have basic questions, but cant find a good forum.

If we can brainstorm some ideas, im sure Mobilitysite could become even more popular than it was back in its heyday. Like i said above, mobile devices are more popular today then they were, so traffic should be going up.

BTW, i love the new theme. Its a nice change, plus it has a sort of old school Aximsite feel to it, yet its modern.

I agree with Spunker. The Axim and iPaq subforums seem to get the most traffic as compared to the other phones.
