When did the thread start?
I wonder if anyone else would find it useful to see when a thread started.

The 'Last Post' column shows both the date/time and the poster, while the 'Thread Starter' column only shows the poster. I'd find it useful to see when the thread started since I can't always remember which threads I've already read and which ones started since I was last logged on.

So it would be useful if the column was called 'Thread Started' and contained something like 'Today 9:45 PM by garryknight'.

That would be a great thing to add to the thread. The one thing I like about the Brighthand forums is the option at the bottom of the page to select what the various views can be for a thread.

I have decided not to add any enhancements or hacks to the site for now. VBulletin (this forum software), has a new version in beta right now and it is smoking fast and offers many upgrades to this package. I will convert to this soon after it is in a final stable version. This could be in the next few weeks or in the next months...not sure yet...

This also includes the troubles that have arose from the new layout... ie. The PM popup (I can not figure out why it quit working. Thinking it is a Javascript conflict)

As a preview of the new version of the software can be used 1st hand. I created this site for our Water Fountain Debaters. I am making a place for them to exercise their free speech and a place for me to piddle with the new version while we wait on the stable release. The Water Fountain .com
