Pressing the browser back button after post

So I was writing a post today and finished it. I then hit the browser back button and it said it was expired and that I needed to refresh it. It then said I had to resend the information. I did and my post was duplicated. I tried to delete it and I can't because I don't have necessary rights over the messages I created. I used to be able to, what's up? and why did it repeat my message? Is there an IE thing I need to turn off or something?

This is the message I get when I click on the BACK button after posting:

All I get is a "Page Expired" notice.

Instead of hitting the Back button, use the drop-down list arrow next to the Back button and go to the last valid page, or use the View New Posts button.

As far as deleting your post, if you can't Delete it from the Edit page, just ask a Mod to do it.

This is normal to see page expired... as the post was the last view.... if you keep hitting back a few times you can get back where you want or use the quick jumps...

I also enabled self post deleting....

That happens from time-to-time in vBulletin. Its just how the browser reads what is in the cache. Shouldn't happen every time. You can get to the new posts or the forum by clicking the links at the top of the page.

Not using Internet Explorer are you? I can't remember why but Mozilla/Netscape has an issue with pages timing out.

Well I use IE 6.0 .

Actually it is not a big problem. I just have to click twice.

Check your version of IE6, you may have to apply some patches.
I have the following version and do not have that problem:

Version 6.0.2800.1106.xpclnt_qfe.010827-1803
