Question "view my posts" button?

A "view my posts" button next to the "view new posts" button would be greatly appreciated. It's a real boon for those of us who don't want notification, but want to see if their are any replies to our stuff when we visit.

Its easy. Click on the search button at the top of the page (between the New Posts and Control Panel) and put your screen name in the search.

ummmmmm.....HOW would THAT be easier than a "view my posts" button next to the "view new posts" button? You already have the cookie info if the user has that selected in their profile. Isn't the idea to be MORE user friendly instead of "This is how it works deal with it"?

This used to be available with the "My Assistant" feature on the old forum handler, and I miss it too.

Uh so sorry for trying to be helpful..

Look this forum software is different than the other. Chris has always added new features when people have asked for it. He has read this thread and will make the change if others think its a good idea.

I though I would give you a stop-gap solution, sorry its not as easy as clicking on a button, but its all we have right now. :rolling:

I probably should have prefaced it by saying I was already doing it using the search feature, but that it would be easier with a button....

Big Smile

I'm all for it. That's one of the features I like at dslreports.com is that I can see when there are new posts in the threads I've participated in.
