Option to goto User Control Panel after marking forum read

I bookmark my User Control Panel and start my regular updates from this link.

After checking a particular forum, I would mark this forum read.

But instead of going back to User Control Panel for me to read the other unread forum, I get to somewhere else in the forum. I had to click on my bookmarked User Control Panel or the Quicklinks for User Control Panel or do a Back, Back, ... Back (which would take some time).

Is it possible to provide an configurable option to let me go to User Control Panel after marking a forum read ?
