Just wondering what the deal is with these ads:

I know this site probably needs the funding, but I typically avoid the "green hyperlinks"...they make my spyware radar start going off...also, they seem to make the site look less professional...

just my opinion...

Note that you won't see them if you're a Contributor.:)

omg they infiltrated my post! i definately don't like this...

parts of most post and sig are green...i don't want people thinking that I put those links in there...god only knows what that "spyware download" really is...

this reminds me of Aurora (i work in tech support- the mere word makes me nauseous...)
