Never heard of an SD card with such features. Only thumb drives. Does not mean it does not exist though.

There is a facility on The Nokia 9500/9300 to password an MMC card and then lock/unlock it by SMS. I read it on the back of a matchbox somewhere or at www.9500communicator.com

SETI@home is a scientific experiment that uses Internet-connected computers in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). You can participate by running a free program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data.

I personally FOLD

Folding@Home is a distributed computing project which studies protein folding, misfolding, aggregation, and related diseases. We use novel computational methods and large scale distributed computing, to simulate timescales thousands to millions of times longer than previously achieved. This has allowed us to simulate folding for the first time, and to now direct our approach to examine folding related disease.

You can use a program such as Resco File Explorer to encrypt all or selected files on an SD card (or internal memory for that matter).

Thanks! I will look into it, since I am worry about the thought that if someday I loose my PPC, someone will look into my sd card with a card reader. It will be nice to make the sd card totaly secure. Thanks again! :-D
