I need SD advice...
I just got a 2gb sd card for my x30. I now have some questions.

I want to be able to sync files between work and home by using the x30's sd card. A lot of programs are thrown around the forum...which is best to do this sort of syncing? I've seen synctoy, but cannot get the sd thread to be recognized on the desktop. I've also seen Card Export II as a popular choice. I want to write directly to the sd card. Can anybody give me a recommendation for the best software and way to do this?

Second, what's the fastest way to sync the files? Through the USB with a sync program writing directly to the sd card or via WiFi? I don't think I want to wait to have AS do the transfer.

ps I do not want to get a card reader because I know I will forget the sd card when I'm in a hurry.

pls help!!!

pps I don't know whether it would be better to have posted this in the software forum, so be gentle...

Sorry man I just don't know, I would have suggested the card reader but I too would forget it when walking out the door. Have no fear there is alot of knowledge here and someone will have a solution here for ya!

Would a USB adapter card and a USB Memory stick do the trick? Just an idea...

As an alternative you can get a software named Card Export II. www.softick.com

I saw that program. Is that my best option? That should have the sd card recognized as a drive, which would then be recognizable by synctoy. Any non-MS programs that do well for syncing directories?

Better ActiveSync
I use Doosoft MobSync v.0.9.4. This has become must have software for me. Much better than Activesync for keeping directories synchronized. Only reason it doesn't completely replace ActiveSync is the triggering of Avantgo and Vindigo to update.
