Transferring data between SD Cards
I have the X30 and love it. I just got a 2 GB PNY SD Card to upgrade the SanDisk 1 GB. I cannot copy larger files to the PC with ActiveSync 3.8. Some larger PDF files are failing. I bought Sprite Backup based on some postings in this forum. But Sprite seems to only backup TO \Storage Card and not FROM it.

What is my best option here? SD Card readers seem cheap enough. But do they read from the card only? I guess I could write back to the new memory with ActiveSync. But that seems dysfunctional.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Get a card reader and copy the files to the desktop then back to the new sd card. Congrats on your purchase, I want to get a 2g sd card as well.

Can you open the Mobile Device, SD card on the desktop?
Using MS ActiveSync? I do this all the time.

Copy the backup Sprite generated to your desktop.
Copy from your desktop, the backup file, to the new SD card.
A breeze.

If you have a card reader and the axim connected to the pc you should be able to just click and drag from one to the other while using your pc explorer options.
