HELP: Ridata card incompatible with Dell x50v?

My 66x 1GB Ridata card was working with my Axim x50v for a while, and one day it decided to show up as "unrecognized card." It was not recognizable after that, even after I formatted the card.

What's wrong? Ridata's package says "tested with ...Dell..." so it should be no problem?

Thanks

Is it a CF or SD card? I'm using a 2GB Ridata MMC Card with no problems so far. It should have a lifetime warranty if I'm not wrong. If you already lost the data in the card, try re-formatting it.
