Where's it at?
I have a 1gb SD card but it only shows me around 850mb of space. Where is the rest of my storage? I checked it in both my computer and my Axim.

Tables and such that hold information about the data.
All storage does that.
An 80 GB hard drive doesn't let you have access to 80 GB. You only get about 74.5 GB. The rest is used by the drive to keep track of data.

850GB out of a 1GB card is not right. It sounds like the FAT is corrupt.

You should copy the data off the card, reformat it in your PC and then copy the data back on.

I was just about to post that Howard is right and you should have about 966 MB (based on my 256 MB card).

I don't know what happened... When I first got it I had it plugged into my comp and it said 850, then I put it in my Axim and it said 850. Oh well, I have it now and that's all that matters. Thanks.
