Will the A-Data 4Gb 150x SD card work with the X50v?

It works fine with the X51v. I think if you search the forums you will find that it also works with the X50v.

The card also worked fine on my wife's Ipaq 4150. Great card and excellent speed.

Yeah, I feel your pain. I'm taking a bus ride later this year to the Cotton Bowl and will spring for a 4gb then, letting prices slide a bit. For now I just ordered a 2 gb for $42. Plenty of room for music and a couple movies.

I got mine from Newegg on Tuesday works great so far. I transferd my GPS Maps and some other programs to it and seems to run a bit faster than my 1G Sandisk CF card.
