SD to CD Adapter Review
All,

I got a SD to CF adapter. *The SD/MMC card is placed in the CF adapter*. It is a generic model from ebay. It works like a charm and sits flush with the top of the Axim and the interface is fast. This is a great alternative to CF drives because it take less juice and no moving parts. It cost me a mere $22.49. *That is including shipping and handling!* $8.99 base price!

So, you want one? This seller follows up after the transaction and the shipping was quick. Below is a link to the site and one to the item. You can use this for the quiry "SD/MMC Card to CompactFlash CF TypeII Adapter Converter"

Isn't that more an SD to CF adapter then? You're adapting the SD card for the CF slot.

Thanks. I fixed the typo. All I know is that I convert one thing to another.

To be fair, there are no microdrives in SD sizes yet, so the confusion between 'CF card' and 'CF microdrive' is at least somewhat plausible.

It is just as fast as the SD card. And yes CF microdrives do have moving parts.
