I have had this micro drive for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly in my X51Vs CF II slot. You may have to apply the 'clear plastic tape tab' to the drive to remove it from your unit. In addition I would suggest a USB card reader with the drive so transfering large files will go faster than ActiveSync can do (IMHO).

The model at Fry's/Outpost.com is the same as Amazon.com. I went to Seagate.com and did a search of both part numbers; they refer to the same CF II 8GB drive.
