Seagate 4GB Microdrive for $79 no rebates; 8GB for $150 no rebate

Amazon has the 4GB Seagate MD for $79 with free shipping.

Buy.com has it for $75 but with about $6 or so shipping.

How does this drive compare to the Hitachi 4GB MD?

Amazon also has the 8GB version for $150

Nothing wrong with my 8gb Seagate micro drive. It has worked great since I got it a month ago. A bit of a battery drain compaired to a standard CF card but acceptable since I want the higher capacity.
