is it safe to use a microdrive as the primary storage method?
I plan to ditch my CF-SD adapter that has a 512MB SD card for a higher capacity CF Microdrive. Any recommendations, and would it be okay to do this for general usage?

I wouldn't use it for every little app, as it will drain the battery quickly, but it would be good for music, movies, GPS maps, etc.

I'll recommend installing most of your programs in your SD card and maybe documents/movies/music in your Microdrive.

I have a 8gb micro drive and a 512mb sd card in my X51V. I use my sd card for applications and smaller size data and I keep my bibles on the sd card. I keep my movies, pictures, pdf files and PC files I wish to keep with me at all times.

That's a great idea.
