I like Patriot system memory but don't have any flash memory. Some other folks should be along any time to offer input. If you are located in the US, then both Newegg and ZipZoomFly sell this flash memory. Patriot is offering a $7 MIR on the 4GB module. My guess is that formatting it FAT16 w/64K clusters for the Ax will have the same results as my A-Data 4GB 150x SD module. You can get the A-Data from ZZF for $95 shipped. It will be about $2 more ( including the MIR ) but you don't have to fool with MIRs and shipping. I like the fact that both the Patriot and A-Data flash both have a physical write protection switch to lock out writes to the card, which is a good feature to have when you go plugging it into virus-infested machines.

I've intentionally formatted a 2 gig SD card as FAT32 with no problems (though my co-worker's Palm won't read it), so I doubt there would be any problems with a 4 gig SD card.

Should be fine
If you are asking if the card will work, then yes it shoud work fine. At leave I've seen messages here from Axim users using the card. If you are asking if you will need 150X card in a PDA, I doubt you'll notice the speed, especially when writing throught the USB/PDA to the card.

I have resisted the 4 GB low to no name cards; asking myself, why doesn't SanDisk or Lexar have the 4 GB out yet? My data and time is to important to use a sub-standard card (uneducated option). If anyone knows how the quaulity of the cards rate (Patriot, A-Data, etc) I'd love to know.
