High Speed SD Card Really Needed?
I have a San Disk Ultra II that I use in my camera and it is is really nice and fast. But do I really need a high speed card for my Ax? I will just fill it up with music and programs, no video. There seems to be a definate cost factor for the higher speed cards and I don't wnat to pay it if I don't have too.

TIA

You won't notice a real difference with a faster card when you're actually using it in your Axim. However, you will notice fast speeds when using a card reader to transfer files (including your music) and as you know, in your camera.

Thanks. I actually don't use a card reader, I use Active Sync. I personally don't mind waiting for large files to transfer. I just go cook dinner or something Gets me away from the computer.

Good that you're so patient, but be aware that really large files (videos) may choke on ActiveSync. I know you mentioned that you're not transferring video files, but just some FYI.
