You will need the receipt according to their RMA requirements. I bought mine online, so I just logged into NewEgg and printed it out.

Well my results are (thankfully) just the same!

After I emailed about my card, I got the RMA response. I searched through my email and found my old receipt and sent it with the card and the RMA form. For me it took a full week to get an email response - which said a package was on the way.

The card arrived yesterday and it is a brand new (or looks brand new) card identical to the one I sent in. It's working great.

So way to go A-DATA! I got my 4GB SD card back! woot ! :)
