lexar card issues?

I have a 32x high speed lexar 256 card that the x51v won't find when plugged in. I also have a 256 regualar speed card and it will recognize. why is that . I loaded some palm files on the 32x just to see if I could find them on the ppc and it won't even find the card under file manager.

There were some Lexar cards recalled a few years ago. It is possible that you may have some. Check with Lexar. Also, counterfeit cards are ubiquitous.

I bought it from amazon.. i will have to check with lexar. it works in my palm, and canon camera, but not the dell ppc.

Maybe try formatting the card FAT32 and see if your Axim will recognize it.

I vote for the reformat as suggested by Connersdad. I have had several older lexar usb en cards go bad. The company has been very good about replacing them.
