HELP!! Flash Drive Gone Bad!

I think i accidentally removed my 512mb kingston flash drive while it was doing something, and now it won't work.

When i put it in, on both win 98 or xp, it comes up as e:/ drive (normal).

When i try to open it it says "Please Insert Disk in Drive E:/" on 98 "Drive e:/ is Inacessable" Same Idea, It wont open!

I can't get it to format on either os and under properties it shows 0bytes.

Can I get this flash drive working again? Please help me!

Sounds like a dead card to me. My first thought was to format the card using a USB card reader and your PC but you said you tried that already. You may also try to contact the cards manufacturer to see if its covered under their protection plan.
