can i sync directly to the sd card?

I just got a Dell Axim x51v and am going to purchase a couple of 4 gb sd or cf cards. One just to put my music library on, and the other to put work files, games etc on.

It seems whenever I sync it goes directly to 'main memory'. What files should I store on main memory and how do I store directly to a card? This thing plays music beautifully and sure beats having to haul around an ipod or like if I can just carry around all my music on a card. The axim is an awesome all-in-one device.

Not with what normally comes with your unit. There is applications you buy that as I remember will do that. Suggest you do a 'search' of this site and I am sure they will pop up for you.

There's the program Mightysync. It's currently not compatible with wm5, but they claim to be coming out with a new version any day. It's the best little program. You can sync any folder on your desktop with any folder on your pocket. http://www.mydocsunlimited.com/html/mightysync.html
