No he is talking about a CF card. I will wait to add it until some one from the site purchases the card and confirms this.

Once again people please review the list in the first post before posting. If the card is in the list and there is no new relevant info to add please do not repost the same card. If the card is not in the list or you do have relevant info to add feel free to post and list will be edited. If you only need to add a different device to an existing card please note this in your post.

Remember we are trying to keep this a reference post. If you are experiencing problems or seeking help using a particular card please start a new post. I request this in effort not to bloat this thread anymore than what it already is.

Storage cards for Axim X5

I know it's an old model, but if I can use highcap storage cards I don't mind.
Talked at length to Dell, who don't know or don't want to tell you anything about how much cap this X5 will support.
I think that there are more problems with SD cards than with CF ones.
Can anybody tell me what the max cap is the CF card will support? I put opera on my X5 in wma format and it takes a lot of bytes.
Thanks!

I think you will be better off starting a new thread in the X5 forum instead of burying it in this thread. You will be more likely to get an answer.

A-Data 16GB SD-HC
works on HX2495 with SD-HC patch*
*can use up to 3444MB, and the capacity thereafter is unreadable

I can't add it to the list because it dose not natively run in any of the Axim PPC
