In checking with SanDisk Tech Support, this is NOT a Secure Digital Card--the merchant had mis-labelled it. It is a Compact Flash (CF) card. SanDisk does not make anything over a 2GB Secure Disk card (that is non SDHC).

...and Magicstor 2.2GB microdrive CF card. I have used these in my X50V and now in my X51V without any problems.
I have a Magicstor 2.2Gb microdrive that I use with my X50V. When I first got it, it was really hit-and-miss whether or not it would work. I had to eject and re-insert it many times, sometimes just wiggle it around before it would work in the Axim. Now it seems to have gotten broken in, and it only takes a little bit of wiggling to get it to work.
I've only found two card readers that will accept it. One is an old RCA parallel port CF reader that came with a Lyra. The other is a Soyo Bayone Extreme with an ejectable card-reader. Oddly enough, I have a Soyo Bayone XP in another computer that won't read this card at all.

I just Purchased Transcenc 2GB High Speed 150x SD TS2GSD150, and Transcend 2GB Ultra Speed 120x CF TS2GCF150 from new egg and they are working Flawlessly. I read here at Aximsite thatAxims do not take advantage of the speed of some of the faster cards but I can tell a diferance between my plain cards and the high spped cards I just purchased. All Apps open quicker and appear to run smoother. Will report back after a period of use.
Hey Guys I am working on cleaning up the list in the first post to make it a little more user friendly. Hopefully I can get the new list up soon. But in the mean time Keep em coming. Also if any of you have older devices such as X3, X30, and X5 please also test your cards in them and note if they work or if the have any problems or if only a portion of the card is read ect.
