my newly bought ocz SD dual 2gb card crippled!

I only used it once and now it's not working anymore. First time it worked when I transfered my old files from my old sd to this new sd using my PC. Then I put the card into my axim and the axim said the card is not formatted or something. So I took it out again and try to plug it back into my PC. Then the PC couldn't read the card anymore! It says the disk is not formatted and asked if I want to format it. So I said yes but then I got a message saying that windows is unable to format the card. :( What's going on?

What is going on?
Somebody must have a clue!?

Contact the manufacturer immediately. You got a defective card. If they balk contact the better business bureau and your credit card issuer.
