However, I'm getting slow speeds in both read and write, with Write Speed > Read Speeds :rolling:
When I try to benchmark on PC, about 5MB/s Write and 4.8MB/s Read speeds...when the card is fully formatted with no usage...

The Card is however, claimed to have upto 22MB/s read speed and 13.5MB write speed....
Can any other member, having transcend 150x or any other 150x card...run this benchmark, it is found here...and tell me what kind of speeds they get on thier cards...

Genuine? How do you know? I mean, are you 100% sure? Just because you registered it with Transcend doesn't necessarily mean it's legit afaik unless there's some foolproof method of determining it. You probably entered the serial % with Transcend (?) ...
Anyways, not to be a party pooper, but anything from Fleabay I treat with suspicion.
The one thing that you have going for you is that IMO the Transcend is less likely to be faked as opposed to Sandisk U2 which is heavily faked and offered through eBay regularly. I would be surprised to find legit Sandisk U2 on Fleabay for less than regular prices.
If the Transcend is faked then it wouldn't be surprising that the flash media used is very low binned thus the slow speeds compared to their labelled claims.
Try a faster reader and compare it to benchmarked cards. Also, remember that marketing rules ... claimed speeds are usually burst and not necessarily sustained unless you deal with reputable brands.
If you find that your card is always slow despite using faster connections ... then you may have been either ripped off or you've encountered factory seconds offered for sale as "new" or an underperforming product.
I'd check newegg.com and read the user reviews and see if others are experiencing severely slow speeds compared to labelled claims.
*edit* went to newegg for you ... here's the link:
Newegg.com - Transcend 2GB Secure Digital (SD) Flash Card Model TS2GSD150 - Retail
seems that most people think highly of this card and that it runs pretty fast.
*second edit* reading the 4gb version reviews, one guy is questioning whether if something is going funny with Transcend. Read the second review ... maybe you got the 2gb version (?). Anecdotal of course, so take with a grain of salt ... but it's interesting.
