Oh Great! Now all those new ipaq users can get cheap memory, while us axim users have to stick to CF to get anything that big.

Question

I have a question and I know there are other's with the same question.

Why is this card so inexpensive in comparison to other SDHC cards with similar specifications? :hide:

How much does raw flash memory cost and how much does it cost to incorporate it into a CF Card or an SDHC card.

Forgive me ladies and Gentlemen. But I'm feeling a little skeptical about this card's price. You see I have been burned by low-cost cards before; specifically Dane-elec very slow read/write speeds; disappearing data and data corruption.

Can someone here show me the light. :o

I don't mind that much, because it'll be used to store music from file server, that data corruption is not a big deal
will use on HP 211 and Asus 626

cf and sd prices are dropping all the time. Also brand name matters. Sandis k for example are more pricier. Transcend, highly recommended by myself, and a-data make the cheaper cards.
