sd and sim questions

hi everyone
was woundering if it could be done and if so how
i'll try to show in my example below

and trying to get more of an understanding of how to make an adapter for this to be able
to plug a sim card into the adapter and use the sd slot to read & write from

[sim card]

1 vcc 4 ground
2 reset 5 vpp
3 clock 6 in/out

[sd mem card]
1 CD/DAT3 I/O/PP Card detection / Connector data line 3 CS I Chip selection in low status
2 CMD PP Command/Response line DI I Data input
3 Vss1 S Supply voltage (earth) VSS S Supply voltage

if someone could help me figure this out i would really appreciate it so much
this would just give me more of an idea on how these things click

Interesting project. There are CF SIM card adapters, so maybe if you can get a hold of their schematics, they might help you out.

i tried google and most of your search sites coming up with blanks
was woundering if maybe if someone could give me an idea on how this linking process works maybe i could figure it out
what the clock and vss vcc data in out is acknowledge basically how things comunicate
