San Disk 1GB "issues"

San Disk 1GB "issues"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think this is different than the recent post about the card being "corrupted"...here's my issue:

I can't set-up "playlists" (again WMP10 on the 50v) using the SD card (but works fine from only CF again). I have both cards set-up w/ my documents etc... The only thing at all different is I have some game programs on the SD card (and not on the CF card)...should that matter?

Related?:When synching from WMP10 (PC) to 50V I have an issue w/ an "unexpected error" when trying to synch TV show from Media Center 2004...it will sync to my CF card...but not the Sand Disk SD card??? Wassup w/ that!?

The files on SD card play great (like WMV movies...and music...and only 1 at a time),but need to set-up playlists etc... get "unexpected error occured" every dang time!?

Please help...thanks!

What is the brand and speed of the card?
If you get dead silence after breaking the speed of sound, would you be in the darkness after passing the speed of light?

The San Disk card I bought w/ the unit from Dell...not sure of speed (or lack there of)...should speed cause the playlist not to load? Thanks for the help...more suggestions etc... thanks.

I also have the Sandisk from Dell, and also a Lexar from PcMall. (Both 1 GB). No problems at all.

But it is a good reminder that I need to go and back up the data that is on those cards! (Well, only one, the other is for AVI movies)

I have never had any problems with Sandisk like other people talk about. I have used them in Digital camera and PDAs. Hopefully, that said, I don't have any problems in the future. Good Luck!
