Holy Moly!!!! Card Reader is FANTASTIC!!!!

WOW!!

Just wanted to post this for all newbie's who are debating whether they Really need a card reader or not...............GET ONE!!!!!!!

I have a 1 gig Lexar SD card and copying things like mp3, e-books, etc...was OK. Slow, but I could live with it. But copying movies was agonizingly slow.....like 2 hours for a 250 mb movie.

I just got a Lexar 12-in-One card reader and I absolutely cannot believe the SPEED!!! I copied a 250 mb movie over to the card in 1 minute and 3 seconds!!!

You cannot beat that!!

I had held out getting a card reader because of the cost of buying the Axim - a case, an extended battery...some software, a screen protector, etc...etc...etc....

But this $30.00 expenditure was worth every penny....and more!!! Wish I had done it sooner!!

they are great, that is the only way to transfer files. Just make sure to get USB 2.0 if you can.

I never used anything but a reader until I saw a post on here, about a year ago, saying how slow it was to transfer with AS.

So, being curious, I tried to transfer a movie and found out very quickly why the reader is superior.

Good move on your part. :approve:

Card readers are defiantly worth buying. I discovered this when trying to transfer a movie with ActiveSync.
