That is a much better price than 199 euros! ($250)

I tried one out just recently in a USB 2.0 card reader. It can write at approximately 7.4MB/sec (advertised minimum sustained write speed is 9MB/sec, go figure). Can't speak to its performance in the Axim.

Mmmm, 2GB SD for $199.00. Do we really need the extra speed? I have two regular 1gb sandisk cards loaded with videos and music and have yet to be disappointed by their speed.

Playing a video off the card is the most intense task for the pda as far as data transfer. Now lets see a really fast card can read up to 9-10Mb per second. A typical video is is about 300-400Mb per hour and that is for a really high quality video. If you do the math then 1 min=5-6.7Mb and 1 second=0.083-0.11Mb. So it doesnt even take 1Mb per second to play a video so your high speed card is a big waste in your pda. In a camera or card reader there is a difference but not in your pda.
