What's the quickest way to transfer installed programs from Main Memory to SD card?

Since I received my new X30 a few weeks ago, I've been installing all the programs into the Main Memory But now at last I received a 1GB SD card and obviously need to transfer the installed programs (about 50MB of them) from Main Memory to this SD card - how do I do this the easiest painless way?

Can I just simply copy & paste the folders from Program Files and into the Storage Card, or will that mess up the registry?

easy for you to say it's gonna be so much mix up! each prog has its own setting and stuff going to other folders and places..
i think i'm just gonna do a HARD RESET. good thing i only got a few weeks worth of stuff on my ppc
oh well.. here i go

I just cut and paste. Then I go back to the original location and delete leaving the program in the new location on the SD or CF card. I haven't had a program give me a problem with that yet.
