How do I...
format my SD card? I don't have an external reader for my PC and I can't find a way to do it using my x30.

You could use the trial of resco file explorer to do it. And I think the freeware file explorer Total Commander for Pocket PC can do it too.

I agree w/robman, I have never formatted a card and never had a problem. But if you have to format, external card readers are less than $20.

Sometimes SD card can mess up so it's good to have a way to reformat your card. I was wrong about Total Commander 2 for Pocket PC Carport, but here are a couple of more options; SPB PocketPLUS adds formatting to your built-in file explorer. Pocket Mechanic and Storage Tools are dedicated storage card programs that run on your Pocket PC.
