Which SD card should I get: Ridata 66x versus A-DATA 150x versus Ridata 150x

I've been debating on and off on which to buy

What do you guys suggest? I'm using it for my Axim x50v, main thing though is reading speed off the card reader, though I suspect there isn't a huge difference.

I read some people are having problems with A-data though.
Not sure if it's posing a problem with the Axim x50v

X50v user here, I have not had problems with any of these cards after heavy use.

See my speed benchmarks, I actually found a A-Data 50X (not 150X) performed the best for reading. Writing was effectively the same for all you listed.

I do not have an A-Data card. I do have the two Ridata cards.

The 1GB 66x Ridata is the slowest of my high-speed SD cards in a card reader. The 2GB 150x Ridata is faster but not quite as fast as SanDisk Ultra II or Extreme III. The 66x Ridata posts OK results when tested with SPB Benchmark in the x50v. The 150x Ridata shows supreme read/write rates according to the same program. The 150x Ridata also feels fast in daily use but I'd have to work out an objective test for daily use to judge whether it actually is visibly faster than the other cards. But I am happy with the 150x 2GB. For now.
