Looking for some skinning help

Are any of you experienced with skinning WA2? I am currently creating a skin for it but I'm a bit confuzzled (ok that's not a word but..oh well) as to the actual process of adding the icons to the task bar and setting it all up. I've read the skinning guide over at the WA website and that doesn't really help me much.

I can do the graphic part of it, but alas I can't really figure out the rest. Would anyone be willing to help me setup my theme and/or help do the .ini for it? It's a Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children theme. Here is what I have done so far:

The buttons will be materia placed in the slots on the sword. I am planning on adding the holy materia as the start button and replacing the "new" button on the today bar with the black materia. I'm not sure what to do about the battery meter though. I would really appreciate some help/ideas/feedback on this as this is my first skin on a PDA and it's really awkward.

Yesterday i began making a skin based on WinXP Silver. I have just changed the title and the bottom bars, and a few icons also.

It's just a matter of doing some image files (i'm making it in .bmp and later i convert it to .tga), and change the .skin file.

Finally, you have to copy all files (the images and the .skin) into a folder in \Program files\Lakeridge\Wisbar Advance\Themes (if you named the folder "Test", the .skin file has to be "Test.skin").

PD: Attached there are some screenshots and a zip file with my "skin", so you can use it as a base.

Thanks. One question..is there an easier way to figure out coordinates? I find myself sitting here trying to guess and it's way way more difficult then it should be.
