Completley free .tsk file, no programs required simply download smile theme above, copy it to your Pocket PC and run it from there.

Is there a way to simply change the task bar color without making a theme or using any theme generator program?

Not that I'm aware of, sorry.

I think IcBar offers this service though.

If you want me to change ANYTHING on that theme though, just say and I'll do it when I'm free.

Not very good but, I occassionally use MS Theme Maker, freebie
download. Uses images and your current Today Screen. Takes a
moment to make a more or less "generic" theme. :approve:
