Expea2 VGA theme...Won't work with WM5

Can someone post a JPEG version of the today background for the Expea2 VGA theme (big enough for both landscape and portrait mode)? the actual theme doesn't seem to work on WM5. Or does someone have a version that works?

It works fine, but you may need to disable Microsoft Trusted Apps for it to load. The extended theme for pocket plus doesn't work properly because of a name change by pocket plus though if you rename the files to the new convention you can get the meters to work.

Are you saying you got the background (ie wallpaper) working on WM5?

And how do you disable the trusted apps?

Yes, I am using it right now. If you install Tweak2K it will automatically disable the trusted apps, you should disable it no matter what as it has some serious problems and will not let MUI files run if they are not signed. If you go to Tweak2k's web site I think there is also a free tool which will allow you to disable it.

I have tweaks2k2 installed but the expea2 background doesn't load. All i get is the default windows background. The actual WA2 skin is loaded fine.

I'm having the exact same problem. When I installed both the chromium and the Expea2 VGA themes, both the start bar and the bottom bar as well as menus and sounnds were changed beautifully but the annoying default blue background/wallpaper on the today screen won't go away. I've got an x51V with WM5. Any help would be appreciated.

I've run the app available else where in these forums (WM5 tips, sorry I don't have the URL or post number to hand) to disable the trusted apps feature and I'm still having problems using the themes that I used with WM2003SE.

The background picture won't change to the theme default, and even if I change the wallpaper the anoying blue lines seperating the today plugins remain.

It might be because it is an extended theme. Remove the extended parts by using a thememaker to resave it.

Hi Ken S, I am using X51v w/ WM5 and I can't get those fancy icons working for my P+. Could you please let me know how you rename the files? Thanks a lot.
