Wow this skin really looks good, beats any MortPlayer or WMP skin I've seen to this date!

The screenshot here dont really give it justice since it looks much better on the axim itself.

This skin is really great although I really miss the album name and the "shuffle mode" button. So having made some simple MortPlayer skins before I tried to add the shuffle button myself but I quickly came to the conclusion that my graphics skills dont even come close to yours so here is a picture of what I'm trying to achive

Any chance you could put a shuffle button there in the next version? :nw:

I think for shuffle (and repeat?) modes it would be best to use text buttons like it's done in most of Hummerfischer's Skins (e.g. Shell, Nordic, ...). It'd be hard to put the labels in a button that'd fit to the other buttons. However, space is a problem there, even without nice "borders"...

Good point, but maybe we could use a symbol instead of text?

OK, here's a modified version that includes playlist (or folder) name, preset, shuffle, and repeat modes. It's far from perfect, but it's a start... Also included are downsized images for QVGA devices. Don't copy the clearglass subfolder if you're using a VGA device.

No, because there are 5 shuffle modes in Changer Mode. I didn't think anybody likes to create 5 different graphics (and wouldn't have an idea how to show "Shuffle files/lists" vs. "Shuffle all" in a small button), so there's also no support for all this states. Similar troubles exist with repeat mode and preset names.

Maybe because it's mostly white... ;)

How's the progress? E.g. alarm screen and selection dialog? I'd love to add it to the skin downloads on my page, but I think it should be at least in a "1.0" state...

Sadly, in these days, every electronic device that is white, gets associated with Apple. I am personally not a fan of iPod (or anything similar) at all. I used to have an iMate Jam and people always thought it was an iPod....

Anyway, back to topic.

OK, been trying out some ways to make the interface a little better WITH the extra buttons and text. I am not happy with this... Any ideas for changes?

Looks nice... By the way, is there any possibility to make this skin support changer mode? Like when I'm in changer mode and I press the playlist-button, I'd like to have a "go one directory above"-button so I can choose from all directories included in the changer mode.
