Pocket Theme Organizer has many features including renaming themes, copying to device, selecting location and it also displays the connected device's Memory/Storage Information, as well as current battery status.

There a list of Theme packs that also support Previews, but the program can transfer user made themes too, this is pretty cool when you have lots of themes downloaded to your PC.
