I was browsing a forum lastnight and I came across a link that had a download for a new MS vista mobile skin...
Problem is, I can't remember which member had the site link.. website was something like
'' XCS-skins" or ''Xsc-skins" I'm not sure!
If anyone Knows please let me know!

I'll clarify it all :). It's XcSkins and i'm one of the two skinners behind it.
We're working on a new Vista skin that will contain lots of skins including Windows Media Player, PocketBreeze (with ContactBreeze), Wisbar Advanced and alot more. |
Due to some problems the work is progressing a little slow, but we're getting there :).
I'll keep you guys updated.
Note: Check out the newest galleries here to get a taste of what the new Vista skin, called Windows Vista Portable Edition, will look like. Most elements will look alot like it, and since a friend of me is an official BETA-tester, i can get peeks in visual effects and such :).

Note: This todayscreen is made using Wisbar Advanced Desktop. It's fullscreen, but everything in the startmenu gives me access to everything on my device :).
This is the WAD version, but the regular version will also be included, ofcourse :).

Thank you for that reply. I do have to ask something though....Is there ANY way, besides selecting the pictures on my own, to get this theme to run on my system? Seriously, I would love to just run it and not have to build it. Am I missing something?
I just have to say one more thing - When I run wisbar advanced and wisbar desktop I have the choice to import a theme, but I can find one on my x51v after I put on all the files for one of the themes. Once again, am I doing something wrong?

The preview in this thread is already out-dated. I've improved many graphics already :).

(1) Having a Plug & Play theme is possible, however, you must have the images at exactly the same locations where the skinfile links to.
So yes, it's possible but hard because everybody keeps their files in different directories on their devices. I will include plug & play skinfiles, but users must follow the instructions.

The analog clock and calender are 'Gadgets' which i will include in the pack. The pack includes a whole collection of 'Windows Gadgets' and the Sidebar.
