Hi,
Mort, the developer of the MortPlayer has some major problems with his WEB server.
So I loaded up mine and some other skins into a German PPC forum.
Please look here. You should be able to find the apropriate download, even the forum is in German.

Howdy guys, not been in for a while, the updated version of Mypod is looking great, I understand there are problems over at the Mort site, so I've posted a download for the original Mypod skin on my new blog site, I don't have the updated skin so I won't be posted that. Now my blog's ready I'm gonna start thinking about and planning new skins and i'll put them on the site.

The qPOD skin posted a couple of replies ago (download from the German Site) is absolutely awesome, and I thought the previous Dark Glass one was good !!!!!!!

I downloaded the qPod VGA skin from the link you provided but it still doesn't show the next track - this is the feature I was missing the most in the old skin - how do I turn it on ?

Hi, displaying the next track is a feature of the skin, not of the player.
I made a mod for the qPod skin only working for VGA:
unzip the archive appended
if you use the qPod as a single file, rename qPod.mpz to qPod.zip, replace the file qPod.mps with the new one, add the file bar3.png to the directory qPod in the archive, rename it to qPod.mpz again and put it into the installation directory of the MortPlayer
if you have the skin applied unpacked replace the qPod.mps in the MortPlayer directory and add the file bar3.png to the directory qPod
Because I want to rework the qPod skin completely using the newer features of skin handling to reduce the skin size and memory requirements and improve the playlist screen I decide not to make a complete new release of it.
The extension was only a quick hack.

god all mighty do I feel stupid....not only am I not able to figure how to use this skin sucessfully, but I havent seen a single reply in 12 pages that actually tells how to install it............:realmad:
So maybe its just me but I went to the site and cant find anything.......I dont know how to change file names nor do I really want to become that involved. Is there a SIMPLE way to download this skin and make it actually function?????????????????
I downloaded the Cleanglass zip from the German site listed in post #151
. There's a detailed instruction file in there, but basically put Cleanglass.mps and the whole cleanglass directory in the MortPlayer directory. To use it, click on Menu - Display - Choose Skin.

If you mean qPod: you can download it by the link within my footer.
The ZIP archive contains a file instructions.txt.
Unfortunately the qPod.mpz is called myPod.mpz there. I forgot to change it into qPod.mpz.
For simple installation without the extension put the qPod.mpz into the installation directory of the Mortplayer. A later RC of the MortPlayer is needed for correct function. F.i. use this: MortPlayer 3.31 b61 - PC-Setup
If you want to add the next track extension, please follow the instruction above.

I can send you by email the mps file and I have program a little exe to transform the xxxpos = 2,4,6,8 in xxxpos = 1,2,3,4 so the section screen1_vga has just to be rename screen1...
