there's an official one by microsoft. search microsoft's download section for windows mobile. i'll try to get you a link when i get off work

I really like Microsoft Theme Generator. It's easy to use and does a great job formatting to your screen size whatever picture(s) you choose to use. You can find it here (click on "here" at the website):

The MS one doesn't, and I haven't found another one either... plus the MS one offsets the start menu image with WM2003 (it's designed for earlier versions).

Most of the theme generators don't change what I want to change.

I've been using ThemeGenCE ... search the forums and you should find it.

Better yet ... go here and get the Language version you need.

This is based upon the MS version ... just adds extra stuff for PocketPlus. Honestly I wasn't to big of a fan.
