Begin Avast! message:

File name: http://www.sbsh.net/forums/index.php...type=post&id=1

Malware name: Win32:Starter-D [Trj]

Malware type: Trojan Horse

VPS verrsion: 000712-7, 02/12/2007

I have downloaded these files on three different computers all with antivirus protection on them. Never had a warning and don't expect that anything in the files would be a problem. SBSH is also a very reputable site so I would say it is a false positive.

Man,
I dont know how you guys installed the Vista theme with the documentation being so vague. I grabbed the files off the site.
There is no information on what to do with the patch file. Do I install it on top of the orgininal file so it overwrites the 1st release?
So far I
Installed Wisbar Advanced 2
Installed Pocketbreeze

Copied the entire PocketBreeze skin folder from this skinsuite and paste /Program Files/SBSH/PocketBreeze/Skins and opened up the skin

Copied the WA2 files to the Wisbar themes folder and opened up a theme even though there are no instaructions in the readme file.

The Docs do not say what to do with the Windows Vista - WAD directory at all.

Where does the icon pack go?

Where does the wallpaper pack go and how do you load one up?

Any feedback would be helpful. In the meantime I'll be searching the forums to try and find out what to do.

I just installed it last night and I'm running all the files off of my SD card, and just transfered the files to the internal drive today. After you open wishbar you can change the theme to Vista under the settings option. Once you have that, it should find all the other files need (sounds, icons, etc...). Then on the main screen, just tap and hold, select wallpaper, and load the background you want from the background folder in the download he provided.

Would anyone be so kind as to e-mail me the latest (version 1.1) copy of these files ... I'm having a heck of a time getting my hands on them. According to this post (http://www.lakeridgesoftware.com/for...ead.php?t=8727) there are apparently four files, the actual skin, the wallpaper pack, the patch, and the icon pack. If anyone has these and would be willing to e-mail them to me that would be highly appreciated. You can send them to "junk #dot# mail #at# stonyx #dot# com" ... yes it's a real address ... it's the one I use when I have to give it out publicly ... hence the name cause I also get tons of junk mail delivered to that address.

Thanks,
Harry

I too have noticed that the WAD dir doesn't have any 'theme' file at all, it's just 6 folders : icons, interface, loginscreen, sidebar, windows, and windows gadgets. Just WHAT am I supposed to do with these?! ANY help at all would be GREATLY appreciated.

Where did you install the skin to? Have you tried a soft reset?

The WAD files can be copied anywhere on your device or storage card. Once you have activated WAD, tap and hold on the desktop to create new items. If you create a new analog clock, then you can assign the clock gadget as the image for that analog clock. If you create a new shortcut to your calendar app, then you can assign one of the icons as the image for that shortcut. You just have to navigate to the location that you saved the WAD files to to use the images.

Ok.

First things first. There is a WA2 skin folder in the downloads called Windows Vista - WA2, I believe. That entire folder with its contents needs to be copied to your device or storage card. Once you copy it somewhere, go into WA2's settings.

1. Tap the drop down list where it says My Theme in the upper right hand corner.
2. Select Program Directories.
3. Tap Add.
4. Locate the folder that the Windows Vista - WA2 file is in. Do not select the Windows Vista - WA2 file, just the folder that it is in. So, if you put the skin on a storage card in a folder called WA2 Themes, you would locate and select the "Storage Card/WA2 Themes" folder.
5. Tap the OK button in the very upper right hand part of the screen.
6. Tap the green checkmark at the bottom of the screen.
7. Now, tap the drop down list where it says Program Directories and select My Theme. The vista themes should show in the list.
8. Select one and tap the green checkmark at the bottom. This should load the theme.
9. If you install all of your WA2 themes that you download in the same folder that you put the Windows Vista - WA2 file (ie Storage Card/WA2 Themes) you will not have to repeat steps 1 through 7. You will only have to do step 8 to change themes.

I hope that this helps with WA2.

You are very welcome and please don't feel dumb. There isn't alot (any?) of documentation with WA2 so a first time user wouldn't really know where to begin without a little help. :) Enjoy!

So this doesn't come with a prebuilt theme? I have to actually create it myself using the graphics provided? I find that odd considering it comes with themes/skins for all the other applications.
